Privacy Policy

Last updated July 27, 2026

Green Charge, Inc. (“Green Charge,” “we,” “us”) operates green-charge.com. This policy explains what information we receive when you use this website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell personal information.

Information we collect

This site does not require you to create an account, and it has no online payment or e-commerce function. We receive information in two ways:

  • Information you give us. If you call, fax, mail or email us, or submit an employment application, we receive whatever you choose to send: your name, contact details, site or project information, and any documents you attach, including résumés and license or certification details.
  • Technical information from your visit. Our web host records standard server log data such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages and files requested. This is used for security, troubleshooting and aggregate traffic counts.

How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries, dispatch emergency response, prepare quotes and perform contracted work.
  • To evaluate employment applications and communicate with applicants.
  • To meet legal, regulatory, insurance and recordkeeping obligations that apply to environmental contracting work.
  • To maintain the security and reliability of this website.

When we share information

We share information only as needed to do the work or to comply with the law: with subcontractors, laboratories, transporters and disposal facilities engaged on your project; with regulators such as the Ohio EPA, the U.S. EPA or a state fire marshal where reporting is required; with our insurers, accountants and legal counsel; with our website host and IT providers; and when required by subpoena, court order or other legal process. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Third-party content and cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Our contact section embeds a Google Maps frame so you can find our yard; when it loads, Google may set cookies and receive your IP address under its own privacy policy. Linked PDF documents may be served by our host.

If we later add analytics or a web form, this policy will be updated to say so before it goes live.

Retention and security

Project and personnel records are kept as long as needed for the work and for the periods required by applicable environmental, tax and employment law, then disposed of securely. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, which will not affect the main content of this site.

Children

This website is intended for businesses, agencies and job applicants aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The revision date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
